The Terminal Lobby and International Arrivals Facility is a 440,000-square-foot project that included a new central marketplace, an expanded security checkpoint, and 6 additional international gates. BRAAV’s involvement in this project allowed our small business to play a critical role in carrying out BNA’s vision to address safety, efficiency, and passenger experience. This facility enhances operational effectiveness and environmental sustainability.
445 PARK COMMONS MULTI-USE DEVELOPMENT

445 Park Commons is a 310,000 square-foot mixed used development nestled between the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway and Geodis Park. BRAAV was excited to be involved in this project as 445 Park Commons offers premier amenities in a vibrant community contributing to the growth of Nashville’s living communities.
MEHARRY LIVING & LEARNING CENTER - MEHARRY MEDICAL COLLEGE
Nashville, TN
This project includes 126 apartment-style units on six levels, a fitness center, underground parking, retail space, and two large classrooms. Our involvement in this project was especially meaningful as Meharry Medical College is the oldest Historically Black College/University (HBCU) in the South. BRAAV’s Founder and CEO, Angela Curtis, is a graduate of Fisk University, an HBCU directly across the street from Meharry. This was truly a legacy project.
Water Waste Treatement Plant
Central Water Waste Treatment Plant Nashville, TN
The CWWTP is the largest treatment plant in Nashville. The expansion of this plant has increased both the wet weather treatment capacity of the CWWTP and the overall capacity of the Central Pumping Station. BRAAV’s involvement in this project ensured that the revitalization efforts in the infrastructure of Nashville were inclusive, sustainable, and beneficial to the entire community.
